Jason P. Torres, Esq.

Jason P. Torres, Esq., the Firm’s founder, practices trust and estate law, with a concentration in Trust and estate planning, creation of Wills and trusts, estate settlement, and trust administration. He is admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York.

Jason is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association and New York State Bar Association (Trusts and Estates Section), as well as the Estate Planning Council of Rochester. He has held executive roles within these organizations including as a past member of the Monroe County Bar Association’s Executive Council (Trusts and Estates Section) and Academy of Law.

Jason currently serves as a Board member and chairman of the Penfield Education Foundation.

Jason is a past Trustee and chairman of the Crestwood Children’s Foundation and the Hillside Children’s Foundation. In addition, Jason is the past chair of the Hillside Family of Agencies’ Pension Committee and Planned Giving Committee, as well as a past member of its Golf Tournament Committee. Jason is the past Booster President of Penfield Basketball, as well as the Steering Committee President and a coach within the Penfield Youth Basketball organization. Jason also served as a Board Member and Treasurer for the Indian Landing Elementary Home School Association. He is a founding board member of the Buchanan Brothers’ Memorial Run benefiting two scholarships in the Honeoye Falls, NY, School District, and a former member of the SUNY Geneseo Jones School of Business Advisory Council.

Jason holds a B.S. in Management Science from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a J.D. from the Northeastern University School of Law.


Nicole M. Marro, Esq.

Nicole M. Marro, Esq. is a trust and estate attorney who concentrates her practice in estate and gift tax planning and estate and trust administration. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

Nicole serves as counsel and advisor to private clients, including business owners, corporate executives, and families. She particularly enjoys working with families who require special needs planning for individuals with disabilities. Nicole helps her clients realize their estate planning and philanthropic goals with thoughtful tax-efficient advice. In addition, she represents both corporate and individual clients as fiduciaries in estate and trust administrations.

Prior to joining Torres Law Office, Nicole practiced in the Trusts and Estates groups of Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC, and Nixon Peabody LLP.

As a member of the New York State Bar Association Trusts & Estates Section (prior member of Executive Committee), the Estate Planning Council of Rochester, and the Monroe County Bar Association Trusts & Estates Section (prior member of Executive Council), Nicole regularly speaks at continuing education programs for the State and County Bar Associations and various community groups. Nicole is also a member of the Greater Rochester Association of Women Attorneys and a graduate of the Leadership Rochester program, a prior Forty Under 40 recipient, and Top Women in the Law recipient.

Nicole is past Chair of the St. Ann’s Foundation Board and a past Chair of the Heritage Christian Services Board, as well as the Heritage Christian Services Foundation Board. She also previously served as Secretary for the Naiades Oncology Rowing Club and as a founding member of Rochester Adaptive Adventures, Inc.

Nicole holds a B.A. in American Studies from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from SUNY at Buffalo School of Law.


Christopher H. Corcoran, of Counsel

Christopher H. Corcoran, Esq. practices trust and estate law, as well as real estate law.

Chris began practicing in New York City and then moved to a large Rochester law firm. He later joined the Rochester firm of Wiedman, Vazzana, Corcoran and Volta where he practiced for over 30 years.

Although he concentrates on estate planning and estate administration, his background also includes a wide variety of real estate matters and large commercial real estate transactions for Rochester families. He finds that this experience is useful when planning for clients with real estate interests and administering their estates.

Chris is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association (past chair of Trust and Estates section and Ethics and Memorial Committees) and New York State Bar Association.
Chris is President of the Board of Directors of the Monroe County Library System and a former member of the Board of Stewards of the Country Club of Rochester.

Chris is admitted to the New York State Bar, United States District Courts, and Southern and Western Districts of New York.

Chris holds an A.B. from Princeton University, and a J.D. from Albany Law School.


Olivia A. Green, Esq.


Olivia A. Green, Esq., practices trust and estate law. She is admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York.

She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Monroe County Bar Association, and the Monroe County Bar Association’s Trusts and Estates Council.

She earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School (2021). While in law school, Olivia was a judicial extern for the Honorable Paula T. Dow in Burlington County and participated in the Veterans Advocacy Clinic, which provides essential legal services to New Jersey veterans.

Olivia holds a B.A. in Psychology from Nazareth College (2018).


Amy M. Branch

Amy concentrates in trust and estate administration. Her responsibilities include the preparation of probate and administration documents, assisting clients with the collection and valuation of assets, the distribution of estates and trusts, and the preparation of accountings and informal/formal settlement documents.

Amy joined our firm having had more than 20 years of administrative and office management experience, primarily with Icon Design & the Wendell Castle Collection LLC.

She currently volunteers with the Harvey C. Noone Post #954 of The American Legion.

Amy earned her A.A. degree in Legal Secretarial Science from Bryant & Stratton College.


Andrea M. Gallagher

Andrea concentrates in trust and estate administration. Her responsibilities include the preparation of probate and administration documents, assisting clients with the collection and valuation of assets, the distribution of estates and trusts, and the preparation of accountings and informal/formal settlement documents.

Andrea joined Torres Law Office having had more than 10 years of Trusts and Estates legal administrative experience, most recently with Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC. Prior to her career in the legal field, Andrea focused on marketing and client service in the telecommunications industry.

Andrea earned her B.B.A. in Marketing from St. Bonaventure University.


Jill L. Veltz


Jill concentrates in trust and estate administration and settlement. Her responsibilities include the preparation of probate and administration documents, assisting clients with the collection and valuation of assets, the distribution of estates and trusts, and the preparation of accountings and informal/formal settlement documents.

Jill also works on real estate matters. Her responsibilities include ordering and reviewing title searches and instrument surveys, as well as preparing deeds, transfer documents and closing statements.

Jill joined Torres Law Office having had more than 5 years of trusts and estates paralegal experience. Prior to her career in the legal field, Jill focused on trust and estate administration in the banking industry.


Amy G. Yelle

Amy provides administrative support to the Firm. Her responsibilities include the preparation and management of correspondence, reports and documents, organization and coordination of client meetings and conferences, and the maintenance of internal office systems and procedures.

Amy joined Torres Law Office having had more than 15 years of administrative experience in the funeral business.

Amy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Wisconsin.
